Privacy Policy
Nayutari (the “Operator”) handles information about users of the game “RamuneBit”, its online features, and its official website (together, the “Service”) in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This English version is a reference translation. The Japanese version is the official text and prevails if the two differ.
The Service does not ask you to register an email address, name, phone number, address, or payment information. It has no in-game purchases, no ads, and no chat.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Game Account
You sign in to the game’s online features with the account of the store you got the game from.

1.2 Information You Create or Set

1.3 Play Records
We record totals such as the number of plays, the number of clears, the total distance rolled, and the total play time, and per-board totals of plays and clears. We do not record details of when you played which board.
1.4 Reports and Measures

1.5 Connection Information
- IP address: Received to make communication with the Service possible, but not stored (except as described in 1.4 for reports).
- Region: We determine your multiplayer region (Asia, Europe, etc.) from the country and continent you connect from. The region is not stored.
- Multiplayer: The game is configured so that communication with other participants always goes through relay servers. Your IP address is not revealed to other participants.
1.6 Information Stored Only on Your Device
Settings, recently played boards, and the list of players you played with are stored only on your device and are not sent to the Operator’s servers.
1.7 Official Website

1.8 Inquiries
When you contact us, we collect your email address, the content of your inquiry, and any information you provide to confirm your identity.
1.9 Purchases
Purchases of the game are handled by each store, and the Operator does not receive payment information.

3. Information Visible to Other Users
- Nickname: Shown as a board’s creator name, in room member lists, on name tags above marbles, and in the list of players who cleared a board.
- Published boards: Visible to all Users, together with the creator’s name, thumbnail, the creator’s run recording, and statistics (plays, clears, and publication date).
- Marble painting: Shown to other participants in the same room.
- Information during multiplayer: Your marble’s position and movement and your goal records (times) are shared with participants in the same room. The room’s region (Asia, Europe, etc.) is shown as room information.
4. Sharing with and Entrusting to External Businesses
Except where permitted by law, the Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. We never sell the information we collect, and we do not use it for advertising. To provide the Service, we use the services of the following businesses.

- These businesses handle information outside Japan (mainly in the United States). The Operator has reviewed the terms of its agreements with each company and confirmed that a system meeting the standards set by Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information is in place. You can learn about the personal information protection systems of each country in the Personal Information Protection Commission’s survey of foreign systems. On request from the person concerned, we will provide information on the measures these businesses take, in accordance with the law.
- We transfer information from the EU, the UK, and similar regions under lawful transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention Periods

6. Security
- All communication is encrypted.
- Public information and personal information are stored in separate places.
- Administrative screens can be used only by the Operator after authentication.
- IP addresses are not stored; where needed to prevent abuse, they are converted into a form that cannot be reversed before being stored.
7. Your Rights and Procedures
- Deleting your account: You can delete your account at any time from the in-game settings. When you do, the information tied to the account is deleted according to the retention periods in Section 5. A deleted account cannot be restored.
- Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, etc.: For requests you cannot make through item 1, contact us at the address in Section 10. After confirming that you are the person concerned, we will respond without delay in accordance with the law.
- Withdrawing consent for your Epic Games account and deletion requests: You can revoke the access you granted to the game in the Epic Games Store version from your Epic Games account settings. After you revoke it, you can no longer sign in to the online features of the Epic Games Store version, but your account in the Service and its information are not deleted. To delete them, use item 1 or 2. If we receive a notice from Epic Games about your request to delete your information, we will delete the account in the Service tied to that Epic Games account.
- Confirming your identity: Please tell us the user ID shown in the in-game settings. Because user IDs may be seen by others (for example, during livestreams), we may also ask you to perform an in-game action that only you can do. If we cannot confirm your identity, we may be unable to fulfill your request.
- Residents of the EU, the UK, and similar regions: Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
8. Minors
The Service has no age limit, but minors must use it with the consent of a parent or guardian. In the Service, information such as nicknames and paintings is visible to other Users. Parents and guardians, please remind your child not to write information that can identify them. Requests from parents or guardians are accepted at the contact in Section 10.
9. Changes to This Policy
When this policy changes, we will post the new content and its effective date on the official website. If we expand the information we collect or the purposes of use, we will post the change a reasonable period before the effective date.

11. Language
